I had an excellent experience at Lenox Hill Radiology during my mammogram appointment. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. They explained everything clearly and offered me the AI service, which I found very innovative and helpful as part of the imaging process. The technician who performed my mammogram was extremely kind, patient, and efficient. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire procedure, which I truly appreciated because these exams can sometimes feel stressful. The whole process was quick, organized, and handled with excellent care and professionalism. I definitely recommend this place for their outstanding service, advanced technology, and compassionate staff.

The place was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. I was not there very long, maybe about 30 minutes total, and the X ray itself only took a few minutes. It took me a little while to find the location because I did not realize it was in the same building as Chipotle. I kept looking up at the sign and did not notice the entrance at first. Once I realized the entrance was on the side street and found it, everything went smoothly. Overall it was a good experience.
