I had such a wonderful experience at my ultrasound appointment with Vicki. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, calm, and truly cared for. She was so gentle and patient throughout the entire process. Vicki has such a warm and reassuring presence, which made the appointment even more special and memorable. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about her patients. I had to have two MRIs done. The LHRs closest to my house were booked so I chose this one since it had an appointments available for the next day (Saturday afternoon). They called and said I could come earlier since no one else was scheduled so I did. Street parking on Saturday afternoon was excellent, I got a spot 10 steps from the location (no parking on that side of the street on Mondays from 11:30-1pm). I was the only patient!! The receptionist was friendly. I only had to sign six forms since I completed all of the paperwork online. Huge tip; They send links to complete your paperwork in advance. Do it!!! It saves so much time!! The MRI technician was friendly and competent. The machine is loud, seriously loud. They give you earplugs and noise canceling headset but you can still hear the noises. I’ve had MRIs by other facilities … the machines are all very noisy, no fault of LHR. In about 30 minutes, I was leaving the premises. I highly recommend this facility!
