Under the circumstances, going for a mammogram can be a very emotional experience, especially when you have a family history of breast cancer like I do. I want to say that the staff here were very kind and understanding. The technician who performed my mammogram was extremely comforting and professional. She didn’t dismiss my concerns, but she spoke to me with such patience and calm that it really helped ease my anxiety. For any woman who may be nervous about getting a mammogram, I hope this encourages you. Compassion and professionalism truly make a difference, and I’m grateful for the care I received.
