The front desk staff were amazing and very patient. I witnessed a patient that was there for an X-ray who had a 12:30pm appointment become very rude and nasty to the receptionist at the front desk. The receptionist did all she could do in her power to assist the patient but she continued to be very rude and even ask for a manager or supervisor. The receptionist was not the problem, the entitled nasty “KAREN” thought she could be rude and that behavior would expedite her visit. She was literally called for her X-ray 15 minutes later. The receptionist was kind and attentive I guess the petty patient thought she was entitled to rush the process even after the receptionist explained to her that she had to wait because the doctor seeing her was with another patient and she could not interrupt that patients visit. The doctors that saw me were amazing. They were very nice and had answers for all my questions. The staff is amazing and this is why I come to this location. I wish I could post a picture of that rude patient. The people on staff today 9/9/2025 were all amazing especially whoever was there between the hours of 12:30pm-2:30pm.
