Horrible experience. The secretary has no idea what's she's doing and says no to everything before she's even heard you out and she does not know how to read medical records. But that is nothing compared to the way Doctor mikhaylov was treating patients that I observed while waiting for a friend. I witnessed the doctor brushing patients off, not willing to see a patient if they did not pay in cash, will not review insurance nor speak to an insurance rep over the phone, was rude when asked questions and was upset that she had to see a patient had all the proper forms just because she wanted to leave for the day. She finds every reason to say no to a patient and refused to give results without paying in cash for them. extremly money hungry! This doctor should not have her own practice let alone be a doctor. She does not care! Worst doctor I ever witnessed. Beware of Dr Mikhaylov!
