First the good, Most of the staff there is great, especially at the front desk they are very helpful kind and respectful, PT both therapists are good as well. The pool is the best kind of therapy it’s the only thing that has helped me so far, however the orthopedic doctor needs to find out what is wrong before adding other things when I’m suffering and could cause me more damage, X-rays are not sufficient and when he ordered other things I did them and my knees swelled and became bruised and purple, therapist said to put ice and doc needs to find out what’s going on, well I’ve made him aware, Jordan was supposed to call and get authorization from my insurance company, she said she did, and she has an attitude like I’m bothersome, which is totally unacceptable they told me nothing is there, it’s been 3 weeks I called my insurance again today nothing well I did her job for her and EVICORE went ahead and wrote up everything and sent it over for the doctor to sign. I’m supposed to be getting better, I am limited in what I can do in therapy. It’s over 100 days and I’m feeling like this is not being taken seriously, that and get the prior approval so I can see what damage I have obviously something is wrong and I’m losing my patience, I’m dealing with some personal issues that I relayed to Jordan, I thought there’s a little bit of compassion but just business, not even when I had to make the call’s today. I relayed what was happening with the front and they are making management aware. I do hope this gets rectified and addressed. There is more to say but you get the drift, no return calls,if I put in ext, no pick up, even the doctors original order wasn’t faxed up to the hospital and Gabby was kind enough to pick up the slack. But bottom line it is I’m being neglected, and that’s not acceptable! I don’t think Ahava wants to be represented in this manner. I could have already had the tests. This is hindering my recovery and has put me in limbo. Hopefully AHAVA straightens this out, and while at it, I’d like X-ray reports and dx not guesses. You know who I am, I’d appreciate this being addressed.
