Stilwell Med SPA is a very unique place. It is conveniently located by the Verrazano bridge and has its own parking lot. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The schedule is very flexible. I was able to get an appointment at 8 pm after work, which is very helpful for me. Dr. Stilwell is amazing. She explained the benefits and suggested the best plan for my skin. Her hands are magic. I already had two procedures done to help me with aging, big pores, uneven skin tone. I’m definitely going back there. The practice has all modern equipment for BBL+Moxi and other facial procedures, as well as different choices of products to address fine lines. I strongly recommend the Stilwell Med SPA.

I just had my BBL and MOXI treatment done with Dr. Stillwell and her team, and even though it’s too early for me to comment on the final results, I can already say the overall experience was exceptional. From the very beginning, Anne was incredibly accommodating with my schedule. She went out of her way to call me when earlier appointments became available and even helped coordinate an appointment as early as 6:00 AM to make everything work with my availability. That level of effort alone made a huge impression on me. When I arrived, the entire office was so welcoming and hospitable that I felt like I had been a patient there for years. Dr. Stillwell was personable, easygoing, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand, and I never felt rushed for a second. What stood out most was how genuine she was. Our conversation felt natural and personal, more like catching up with an old friend than sitting through a medical appointment. She clearly outlined what to expect from the procedure, so there were no surprises, and the aftercare instructions were extremely detailed and helpful. She also took an additional 15 to 20 minutes after the procedure to make sure I fully understood everything and to answer any questions, which I really appreciated. The entire staff feels like a close-knit family, and they make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable. Dr. Stillwell comes across as someone who truly loves what she does and cares about her patients, not someone who is just doing it for the financial side of the business. My only regret is not coming here sooner. I can’t recommend Dr. Stillwell and her team highly enough.
