Vibe is way off & staff seem disinterested (doctor) / spaced out / curt, except for one woman at the front desk that had henna art on her hands (so lovely). The time w the doctor felt rushed, kinda sad, and incomplete. There were points that I asked about that were never answered. I never was told whether any of the metrics that were taken were healthy or not (that should available in my chart: namely bpm, weight, etc). I know how accessible these should be: i literally work on a healthTech charting app. This is baseline quality of care that was not communicated, alas. I asked about my after visit summary, a front desk woman curtly said it would be in my portal & that i got a link in my email. I checked at home, i didnt get a link in my email - except that the portal was down. No way to register & no update on portal status. I attempted to follow up w the office to get my patient portal info & i found it is so impossible to contact the office by phone/voicemail, chat (which is "offered" but I couldn't find it), or messaging them. It reminded me of when I was there for my appt & it seemed like the phones were ringing and only sometimes they would be picked up. Like no accountability or interest in quality of service. I go there today in person so I could get a patient portal link (from over a week ago), and i get it, as well as my printed lab results. I mention how many ways I tried to contact this office, and I think that's why I got quick help. I noticed, disappointedly that this after visit summary were not uploaded to the portal nor were the lab results. What's the point of the portal exactly? Doesn't seem to do the 1 thing it should: communicate medical results/info to the patient. Also, the lab results have no comment by the doctor on healthy/within range. This feels like a type of neglect to not give medical ADVICE. like I about to put this into chatGPT bc my doctor didnt have any comment on the lab results. I feel like I need to fight/ try extremely get anywhere here. It feels sad and trying. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
