Lauren is incredible! She has been my nutritionist for about a year now and she’s completely supported me in transforming my life. Lauren meets you where you are at in your journey and gives tremendous support in making sure goals are accomplished. The plan she provided me has been sustainable. What I appreciate most about Lauren is that she deeply listens and her expertise have contributed so much to my improved health and overall well being.

Lauren has been so helpful these past several months! I've been having digestive issues for awhile and after seeing a gastro, all my tests came back negative. Lauren came up with a plan to help address my concerns, and several months later my issues have gone away (as long as I'm consistent!). Since adjusting the foods I eat, she continues to check-in with what is working and what isn't for me as well as recommending any changes to help fit my needs. I'm very grateful to have found her and have learned so much about nutrition along the way.
