Incredibly poor communication and respect for patients' time. Be prepared to wait for hours just to be seen. If you try to call the office, expect to be left on hold for hours as well. To make matters worse, if the doctor isn't coming in, they will not bother to call and let you know ahead of time you will only find out after you've already shown up for your appointment. The customer service here is completely unacceptable.
