honestly i believe this is the worst practice ive ever been to. If you want to be treated inhumanely go here. if you want horrible service go here. this is by far the most unprofessional place i have seen. the staff are incredibly horrible. the manager slammed the door on my arm and bruised me and didn't even apologize!! the place smells horrible the machines are outdated and they blast rap music incredibly loud. This place is a nightmare.!!!oh and don't forget there is a creep worker flirting with your wife making you feel comfortable named shay. be aware of this location i would never recommend it to my worst enemy. never come to this location i repeat don’t waste your time

Dealing with OCLI Lenox Hill is an abysmal experience, which is upsetting given my stellar care from Dr. Wittpenn. OCLI charges a universal $100 deductible. I am on a $0 deductible plan and am not supposed to be charged this (nor anyone else on similar plans). I have tried calling OCLI's billing department, but their call hours are horrendous and are constantly backed up.
