I’ve been working with Sabrina for almost three years, and she is honestly so lovely and wonderful. She offers amazing insight, is very patient, and is always willing to work at your pace. She’s professional while still being incredibly kind and approachable, and it’s very clear that she genuinely wants the best for you. She creates such an open, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment, which makes it a lot easier to feel comfortable. Before working with her, I had gone through quite a few therapists and didn’t have great experiences. She completely understood why I was more closed off and quiet in the beginning, and she never once made me feel awkward or uncomfortable, or like my experiences weren’t valid (both in and out of our sessions.) Instead, she was always patient and understanding, and let me open up whenever I felt ready. Overall, she is an amazing therapist, and I would highly recommend her!!

Steven Parker has been great so far. He’s super flexible with scheduling and very accommodating to my needs, whether sessions are over Zoom or by phone. I definitely appreciate how comfortable I feel during our sessions—there’s a natural, mutual back-and-forth, which is something I’ve had difficulty finding with other therapists in the past. I feel truly heard and supported, and I really appreciate all that he does.
