Be wary this facility erases reviews to look like their 5 stars when its not. They erased all the comments that reviewed their unprofessionalism and unjustified behavior including mine that had 5 likes on it. My experience talked about the rude attitudes and the pretend clueless acts from various of the employees when I had questions and wanted documents of my 2 visits. Jennifer A. (Heavyset makeup) who acts as the manager (has no medical degree or decorum) And young/imature sounding front desk associates to match. My last interaction with this facility is one of the front desk lying about my insurance is not going through. Which didnt make sense because that same week i had an appt with doctor noor. All I wanted to find out was the reason and understanding from the doctor who's on my insurance card (Vilintis). Why was a fraudulent reason made up to refuse to sign a transportation form which I will add is fully covered by my insurance. All I would need was the authorization. The reason for refusal they said was cause I was going out of state? I Was never given the opportunity to show my appointment email nor djd they care. Have a strong reason to believe that they are racist I am seen as black. I seen the way that the front desk jennifer treated a black lady in wheelchair yelled her information from across the room and was showing anger towards the lady. And now understand that the lady was getting transferred to a different facility.\nAnd needed the address for where they were sending her. And then in a snap of a moment , spoke nice and sweet to a lady that was spanish speaking like herself. That should have put in perspective to me of the mishandled and the discrimination that I was going to face. Dr. A. Vilintis is on my insurance card as my p c p. But I never formally met him. At the end of my visit with Dr. Noor a bald guy in a lab coat. Stared at me behind the counter , as I waited for my appointment summary. I didn.\n't even realize that that was my pcp. Had time to stare at me , but didn't want to introduce himself to me. Hey day later , I checked on the progress of my transportation form getting signed and I was told over the phone , not through my own doctor but told by the manager of the front desk that they refused my request , because he said that I was going to go out of state. That's really what started my grievances because that was not the case. I had spoken to Dr. Noor about my fracture foot and how I need to go to a specific aquatic therapy.I was showing her my appointment email, and she said that to wait.She didn't want to look at and said that she doesn't deal with that that doctor Vilintis deals with that. When I asked, where's he so I can speak to him?She told me that he's seeing a patient and it was left at that and that I would have to come back at another time. Throughout my whole experience , every time that I was trying to speak to them , there was always a unknown barrier. I would be lied to by jennifer A. That I should call at this time or I should come in person at this time and I would be told that he just left the office every time this happened he it was always the response of he just left. This was pretty odd because I never had a doctor avoid me. And when I would add some to send a message over , I would get no feedback for weeks on end. I now see that everything was done purposely to make a problem out of nothing. I will be formally reporting both jennifer and doctor vilintis for discrimination and negligence. Unfortunately , as much as I did like doctor noor , she will be put in the report as well , because I told her numerous of times of my grievances and nothing on her end was taking into action. She suggested to me to make an appointment with him in which I did and I was told a lie abt my insurance not going through. They just didn't want me to make it appointment with him. They supposedly put a refusal of service on me because I didn't want to blood test. If a doctor, a grown man is scared to talk with his patients,why would I give my blood?
