I don’t recommend this branch for dialysis. I came to visit New York from Florida and did three session in the Davita, Queens Village. The staff not cooperative and don’t listen to patient. The second day of my treatment they put me in a defective machine, so the machine couldn’t pull what I needed. So I had to suffer the consequences.

I have to give this place 1 star or else I cannot wrote this review. I'll cut to the chase. The Receptionist is the one who Rules This Place. SHE will determine wether she'll let you speak to anyone or not. If you missed an appointment or asked to change it, she will be very angry at you and will hang up on you. Because SHE decides. My mother has been on dialysis for only a few months. So its a challenge getting her to adjust. She was left waiting in the reception area for over an hour on a day there was miscommunication between me and THE RECEPTIONIST. I was calling to confirm the chair time and she hung up on me. SO mom, using her rollator, managed to get through the front door and wander the streets until she came upon a home that was willing to help her call me. Then I was told by social workers that the ONLY way she was allowed back was if I stayed with her during her entire treatment session, otherwise she wasn't allowed to return. They have double doors with codes to enter and exit. That should never have happened. Do yourselves a favor and choose a PRIVATE dialysis facility.
