Just wanna thank the whole staff here. They work tirelessly to make sure patients come first. Followed their instructions and got a kidney after within a year of being diagnosed. Can’t thank them enough.

Horrible experience for my father in law. He was visiting from out of state. They clogged his fistula during his first dialysis visit. The next visit he went to the ER to have it unclogged. They told him to return afterwards. No one could pick up the phone after quite a few phone calls. When they finally returned, the staff turned them away because they were closing due to staff shortages. They did not offer any solutions. They’re lucky to get 1 star on this review but this is a serious patient safety issue and I truly hope others have better experiences at this facility.
