April 4 I visited this clinic in New York. Thanks again Diane for coordinating the appointment. They didnt give me a med for pth in dialysis and acknowledge it probably wont be given. No numbing meds for needle per a non New York requirement per nurse. (Concerned me). The time seemed longer even after clotting change time. I addressed the issue. No call button which made it difficult to locate staff while on dialysis Friendly staff. Even met a new hire.I'm coming to this Davita site next week. I was told by Concierge they accepted my travel request . They didn't know who I was nor did they have any details on my request or transportation. . Questions went on hold unanswered despite the requestsome 5 month ago.. "We get back to you."
