While the nurses are nice it seems the center has systemic problems that need to be addressed such as no receptionist at the start of the first shift, late chair times, shortage of staff, no nurse or doctor administrator on duty at the start of first shift. Staff will keep you waiting in the lobby for extremely long periods of time without notifying patients as to why they are waiting so long for their treatment. Simply disrespectful to their patients.

From a medical aspect, they are top rate at what they do. I am sometimes a difficult case. A couple of the techs know exactly where to poke me. They always know what to do when my pressure drops. I did not give them five stars because they sometimes have a problem with time management. Maybe they need to hire more staff. They sometimes have just one person closing the last shift.
