Dear Dr Ruvinsky, You're a great, caring, compassionate physician! I've been your patient for a few years until I've had enough with your extremely rude and unprofessional personnel. Why would a doctor like you work with such an embarrassing team of savages who should not be allowed near people! It's sad that I had to look for another physician because of the antisocial reception desk and the lady that takes patients' vitals. I'd love to give you 5 stars that you deserve as a doctor, but I'm sorry, your team's conduct is unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, the lowest rating is one. She and her staff are the worst office I have everrrrrr visited. I waited 3 hours minimum each time, while she is chatting with her patients about personal matters. Her staff is the most disgraceful people I've ever known. Always treating everyone rudely. Especially Alla and her horrible attitude. They scheme insurances as they make me copay for annual visits that my insurance covers for free. AWFUL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
