My first visit here and due to a traffic accident, my wife ended up missing her time slot for her appointment. We got there 15 minutes pass her scheduled appointment. So we had to wait longer then usual. She went to visit Dr. Larkin for possible knee replacement surgery. Yet my wife didn't feel she got the compassion she was looking for. He gave her alternative advice that she already had before. She said the compassion she should have received was missing next to her last MD she saw for this same matter.
