I saw the reviews of this place, but chose to ignore because the location is very convenient—boy, what a horrible mistake that was. The receptionists were the most unprofessional staff you can expect at a dental office. They were not rude to me, but very much so to each other and they were loud and argued. One receptionist got cursed out by a parent for her negative interaction with her. I waited two hours past my original appointment time until I got hungry and got some Nathan’s. They called my name while I was there and I came back two minutes later only to be told I would have to wait thirty more minutes because I left. When I finally was seen, the dentist didn’t even do anything for me. Not a cleaning, not anything. Just took some x-rays and let me go. I went there because they were the closest office that accepted UFT dental coverage, but they couldn’t even verify that and I ended up using medicaid to cover the visit. Go anywhere else.
