I had my first appointment with Dr. Goodman recently and then returned for a follow-up visit three weeks later. Both experiences were excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely woman at the front desk, who is very welcoming and efficient. The entire process was very smooth, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes. Dr. Goodman is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He takes the time to answer all of your questions and thoroughly explains what is going on, which really makes you feel well cared for and reassured. On top of his expertise, he is also very warm and friendly warm. When I first came to see him, I was in a lot of pain to the point where walking was very uncomfortable. Thanks to his advice and treatment recommendations, I already feel much better, and I am optimistic that I will continue improving after our follow-up care. Overall, every aspect of my experience has been excellent. Dr. Goodman and his front desk staff make a wonderful team, and I highly recommend this practice!
