I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kilgo, Bobby Matthews, PA, and their entire team at NYPSG. Dr. Kilgo is absolutely meticulous, there is no one better. The entire experience was completely seamless, painless, and fast. From start to finish, they kept us comforted and informed, explaining exactly what was happening at every step. The entire staff is incredible-from Debbie (Dr. Kilgo's nurse) who reviewed everything with us at the consultation, to Stella in the OR and the entire OR team. What really sets them apart is the post-op care. Dr. Kilgo personally updated us right after the surgery, and Bobby went completely above and beyond, checking in on us afterward to ensure everything was going well. NYPSG is the best for a reason, and Dr. Kilgo's team is truly the absolute best of the best. Thank you all for your compassionate, world-class care!

This place is incredibly unprofessional. I had a consultation with the surgeon, and I was assured that his assistant, “Maria,” would contact me. However, I haven’t heard from her since I left the office. I’ve called multiple times, and each time, I’ve been given empty promises about her getting back to me. To the point where I called and was told lies about how they “tired” reaching out, which never happened. I was genuinely looking forward to getting my procedure here, but I’m actually glad I won’t be spending my money here. I wasted my time and was very disappointed.
