Staff, starting with your encounter with the front, are friendly and knowledgeable especially if you have insurance concerns. You’re welcomed with a toy area in the front and cute sandwich board sign. There’s TVs on the ceiling in the exam rooms for your child as they perform procedures on them so they can be more comfortable. Cute wall themed decals in every exam room. Staff talk to a children respectfully and they help comfort and reassure them when needed. Kindness and gentleness are key here. Only problem I found is they don’t take adults! I was sad to learn I can’t be a patient! Lucky kids!

Amazing experience with Janice Lau on airway health, she’s very thorough and everything was explained in a way that made sense. After pretty positive results for our 7 year old we also have our now 12 year old just finishing up with expansion and onto a retainer. We are so grateful for the level of care and attention we received. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable provider, the kinderee dentists and overall team makes a difference!
