I contacted them by email, phone, their website and Instagram, someone responded only on Instagram to tell me to call and schedule a consultation, after I told them I already did that they saw the message and did not respond. I told them that I was looking for help and had a rough time finding someone and I was hoping this would be a great fit but they ignored me, I reached again and nothing, I just feel that if you are a counseling service provider and claim to be in the business of helping people then help people, don't lead me on and tell me that you are open for business and working virtually and then ignore me. I am tired of unprofessional therapist and counseling services that don't do what they profess to do.
