Dr. Elsayed, Miss Maggie Yu and his staff, have been an amazing support and very professional. My mom, Maria, had a procedure done on 02/03/26, Cervical Two to Cervical Five Posterior Cervical Decompression, Fixation/Fusion. Throughout the whole process, since the initial appointment, you are received with the upmost respect and transparency. Dr. Elsayed is very honest and is an amazing neurosurgeon. He is surrounded by an amazing team. During my moms’s hospital stay, he had his team go and visit her, making sure she’s okay. They made my mom feel very safe and heard. Even now, during the recovery phase, they are on top of my mom’s case; making sure she’s doing great by providing her with all the tools so she can be at her best. I would also like to point out that Christina P. from Patient Care Solutions was one of the sweetest and most caring person as well! His staff has been the biggest support and may I say very patient with us throughout the whole process. My whole family and I are forever grateful for Dr. Elsayed, Miss Maggie Yu and his care team for taking exceptional care of my mom! 🙂
