I am very happy I made the switch over from my prior gym. Crunch Bensonhurst is spacious and has so many amenities that I use as a peak results member. I also love how nice the staff here are especially Theresa, Ronen, Jonathan and John! Everyone was so helpful especially during my kick off that I attended with my friends. The gym itself is very clean and machines were well maintained. The hydro massage is also a plus that came with my peak results membership. I look forward to coming here for many more workouts and also trying the group fitness classes.

When I requested a printout of my InBody results, the first manager lied, saying it was "impossible." I then had to deal with the GM, who acted as if I were a burden. She showed visible irritation, giving me a look of pure annoyance just for asking for my own data. She even made defensive excuses, stating she "wouldn't be responsible" if the results weren't printed this time and that she "couldn't help further," essentially washing her hands of any accountability. ​Crucial advice for members: ​The "Free PT" is an ambush. Both the sales manager and the GM will glare at you and make you feel unwelcome if you don't generate commission for them. ​Your data is your right. My data belongs to me, not to your sales commission. ​Lack of Accountability: "Reviewing the matter internally" is a standard corporate brush-off. There is no apology for the specific verbal hostility I encountered. ​If this is the standard of "professional and respectful service" you strive for, then your standards are drastically lower than any reputable establishment in NYC.
