I would not return to this practice again. I had a virtual appointment scheduled. One or two days before the appt, they said I would have to pay $150 up front as my anticipated deductible. I explained that my deductible had likely already been met through doctors I saw earlier, so they should bill my insurance first, and bill me if, in fact, I owe anything. They refused and insisted that I pay up front or they would cancel my appt. So I had to make a special trip 45 mins there and 45 minutes back to pay them before my appt. A month later, I got my Explanation of Benefits, and my deductible had already been met just as I'd told them! I then had to chase them for several weeks to get my $150 back, emailing and calling for weeks. In the end, I had to make ANOTHER special trip there and back to pick up the check in order to avoid any "lost in the mail" nonsense. And the check wasn't even ready when I got there, as promised. I had to wait. I took the opportunity to very briefly, politely and professionally explain the situation to the female office manager who processed the check for me, and I suggested changing their policy to avoid inconveniencing patients so unnecessarily in the future. Everything about her body language, facial expression and lack of response demonstrated that she couldn't have cared less. That's when I knew that I would never return and that I had to write a review. Zero customer service at this place. The provider from my virtual appt was professional, and the visit was fine. But due to the poor customer service of the administrative staff, I would never return.
