Andrea at the front desk is arrogant and treats patients as if they were her employees. She behaves the same way toward her coworkers, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. That said, the doctors and medical assistants are excellent. My daughter and I see Dr. Ghada, and I have also seen Dr. Ayman twice. Both doctors are friendly and professional, but Dr. Ghada is especially attentive and provides a higher level of care.

When I met Dr.Kelly I had been going through the darkest time in my life and he asked me if I wanted to talk about it and I just started crying! i didn’t feel like I was seeing a doctor, I had felt like I was talking to a friend. He just listened. He didn’t judge me when that’s all I did to myself. He asked me questions, took his time and offered solid advice that I still think about today. I tell everyone about him! He was a huge part of me getting back on my feet and I’m forever thankful for him. He’s truly a wonderful doctor and New York Internal Medicine is lucky to have him!
