This was a very disappointing experience, and I feel obligated to warn others. My family member was feeling extremely unwell, and we arrived at the clinic around 4:20–4:30 PM. However, the front desk staff, a girl with glasses and long hair, instructed this male staff member to simply say “No” and refused to see us. Your clinic closes at 5 PM, so turning patients away 30 to 40 minutes before closing makes no sense. Your doctors are also saying it closes at 5pm. Other clinics were still accepting patients at the same time without any issue, yet this clinic chose to turn away someone who clearly needed medical attention, showing no concern for the patient’s condition. The front desk attitude was also very poor, being dismissive, impatient, and lacking basic respect. What is even more upsetting is that we trusted this clinic and continued coming here for a long time, believing in their professionalism, but despite multiple visits over an extended period, they failed to detect anything serious. It was only when the condition had already progressed to a late stage that they finally acknowledged the severity and said sorry, but by then it was far too late. We chose to stay with this clinic because we trusted their expertise, but in the end they were unable to identify the illness in time, and this delay caused irreversible consequences and left us extremely disappointed and upset. Overall, both the service and professionalism at this clinic are unacceptable, and if you have other options, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
