Very disappointing experience before I even had my first PT appointment. The clinic verified my insurance benefits and confirmed my appointment in a call, but when I arrived, the front desk told me there was no appointment scheduled. Mistakes happen, but instead of acknowledging their error, they implied I hadn’t scheduled it and couldn’t clearly explain what went wrong. The lack of accountability and poor communication left a very negative impression. Also, be aware that they don’t have a cancellation policy, which was another red flag for me. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.
