I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received at Dr. Kaseman's office. The young ladies at the front desk were beyond accommodating and kind; they truly understood my pain when I first called and arranged an immediate appointment, which I deeply appreciated. It's refreshing how they always pick up the phone personally – no frustrating recordings or waiting on hold, which is unheard of these days! They also truly understand the importance of punctuality, ensuring you're either seen on time or even ahead of your scheduled appointment, a rare and appreciated courtesy in doctor's clinics.For three weeks, I had been suffering with excruciating pain that ran from my neck down to my thumb on my left hand side, accompanied by burning and tingling sensations that persisted 24 hours a day. After such intense suffering, calling this office was the best decision I made. Dr. Kaseman is truly a miracle worker. Initially, he suggested a treatment plan of three times a week for at least six weeks, and I was reluctant, unsure if it would work given the severity of my pain. However, after just two weeks of treatment, I began to feel significant relief. Now, as I approach my fourth week, I feel completely healed. I will continue with twice-weekly visits, then reduce to once a week, and eventually every other week, as Dr. Kaseman recommended, to maintain my recovery.
