I've had a positive experience here on my visits until receiving an invoice for a blood test. It wasn't clear that this would be the case in addition to a copay, and I haven't had this at any other doctors I've visited in NYC.

I recently received a Medicare Summary Notice with a charge for service provided by Dr Karen Thornton last March. I live nowhere near this doctor and have never used her services. This is a fraudulent claim which this doctor submitted twice to Medicare and was rejected both times. I have reported this fraud to Medicare and an investigation has been initiated. I will also be consulting legal counsel to determine whether or not I will be pursuing criminal charges for fraudulent use of my personal health insurance information. Be aware of the fraud emanating from this doctor.
