I cannot say enough wonderful things about the physical therapy team at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. My husband received care here, and the level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment he began therapy, the staff made him feel comfortable, motivated, and supported every step of the way. The therapists are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. They took the time to understand his needs, set realistic goals, and celebrate every milestone along the way. Their personalized approach helped him regain strength and confidence faster than we imagined. Beyond the therapy itself, the entire staff—from nurses to administrative team—treated us with kindness and respect, creating an environment that felt both welcoming and uplifting. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients’ progress and well-being Thank you Donna Capo!

Over the years my family members have come to this facility. After COVID it has gone down hill. My mother was recently a patient and has been here before. This time some staff was abrupt with her, a little aggressive and would yell. This is totally unacceptable. If you hate your job or you are not 100% in you need to find another career. The so Called Care Team never calls you with updates on care. This last time I consider them bullies and very unprofessional. I told them this place use to be so good. It's the worst place now. You don't know anyone's name, they left my mother in the bathroom for an extended amount of time. They would not come to her room for hours. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. One aid dropped my mother on the bed and she yelled at her as if my Mom was not able to communicate. She has all her facilities. This is just one of many that happened here. Rude, unfriendly people. The staff wear their earbuds while in the room. Whomever is on the line here's all, HIPP VIOLATION. I would come in and staff would be watching movies during their shift and not tending to the patients. If your on break remove yourself from the floor. Sleeping behind the medication cart not acceptable behavior. Stay away and protect your family. Like one other comment made staff does write reviews. They need all the STARS they can get. I wouldn't even give one but, in order to leave a review. I give ZERO STARS! AGAIN PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
