1) Very rude receptionist who doesn't even look at you when you address her 2) Over an hour of wait time in a small, overcrowded and not air conditioned room 3) The place is a total mess; the doctor came out raising her voice at one of the receptionists because she was doing something wrong. Overall a very poor impression and unprofessional office.

Dr Kigel is one of the most caring doctors in the area. I have gone to her for many years. I wasn’t feeling well a few months ago. Walked in without an appointment and she fit me into her schedule. She is a true asset to the Kew Gardens community.
