Lived here for two years, only recently moved out. The building staff are fantastic, honestly feels like family. 24 hour front desk staff. The apartments are well designed and a good size compared to other buildings. Our kitchen was great. Really good laundry room. Whole building is kept so clean. Soundproofing is good and running costs electric etc are low. Good range of gym equipment. Location is excellent; within a 5 minute walk you have Trader Joes, Alamo Drafthouse cinema, Target, Brooklyn Paramount and DeKalb food hall. There’s around 11 different subway lines in the immediate area. It’s a really great place to live.

I’ve lived in this building for almost 10 years, and honestly, I don’t want to leave - which probably says everything. It has everything I need day-to-day: a great gym, a large and convenient laundry room, and both private and shared outdoor spaces that are especially nice in warmer months. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to multiple subway lines, incredible food options at DeKalb Market, grocery stores like Trader Joe’s and Lidl on the block, and plenty of shopping right downstairs. What really sets this building apart, though, is the staff. They are truly phenomenal, always responsive, helpful, and proactive. Whether it’s quickly addressing a request or staying ahead of things like filter changes and fire alarm checks, they make living here feel easy and well-managed. Resident Services also goes above and beyond with thoughtful perks and events that genuinely enhance the experience of living here. They regularly host raffles and community experiences. I was lucky enough to win VIP tickets to a Brooklyn Nets game, which was such a fun and memorable night. It’s rare to find a building that creates those kinds of opportunities, and it really makes a difference. After nearly a decade, I can confidently say this has been a wonderful place to call home.
