Horrible physical therapy services. The physical therapist scheduled an appointment with me for second session. When I call a day or two before that appointment, the therapist told me there was issue with insurance and told me he will let me know when the issue resolved. Never hear back from him for weeks. Letting patient waits in darkness. Very unethical.
