I went to the doctor a few times. They over charged me on my copay after telling me that initially it was going to be $25 over the phone. Then sent me a check in the mail 2 months later for the difference. Then I got a bill in the Mail from Quest diagnostics because instead of letting me go to location, he forced me to do testing at the office. he was nice but the lack of transparency isn't good, hes only available 3 times a week, when ever you call, no one picks up and they call back at random times, so even when you do get a call back and miss it, it becomes a game of phone tag. A very frustrating experience. I just went to a different rheumatologist.
