Dr. Terlizzi is a top-notch medical professional. I’ve seen him a few times over the past few years and am genuinely impressed with his care for patients and ability to communicate regarding complex diagnoses and various issues. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for this type of medical care.

Had a very bad experience here. I am willing to believe that my experience was the exception and not the rule, but this office seemed plagued by communication and organization issues. I had a fairly complicated case, and I feel the process was fully mismanaged. I feel I was rushed through conversations and not properly educated or empowered to make an informed decision about my healthcare. After performing several rather intense but standard procedures on me in April of 2024, the office did essentially nothing to organize my follow up. Didn’t speak to me after surgery, no one called too coordinate, and I had a hard time getting attention when I was experiencing some very obvious red flag symptoms. Just seemed like they were not interested in my progress, and several things I noticed led me to believe the office was just a bit too busy, but they need to know their limits. The way they ghosted me further deprived me of the chance to make informed decisions about my healthcare, and ended up costing me nearly $20K out of pocket. I feel I was left in a very desperate and confused state. I went to another provider and had to have four more surgeries to fix a situation I feel Dr Terlizzi only further complicated. Cherries on top - there was one nurse / administrator in particular who had awful service - he made comments about my bills loudly in the waiting room and always spoke to me with an attitude. Billing also charged my HSA on 3 or 4 different occasions without notice. TL;DR - Poor communication and disorganization is enough to lead to extremely negative outcomes for patients, and I feel it certainly did for me. Highly recommend Dr Goldstein at Bespoke Surgical, or another qualified specialist.
