I love this office and Dr. Buono. He is an amazing doctor who listens to all your needs and his staff is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Literally the worst office ever. No one answers the phone. No one returns your calls, let alone listens to your voicemails. Over the course of 2 months, I have left voicemails and tried calling over and over to book an appointment, and I have been put onto ridiculously long holds each and every time. In person, everyone is very nice, but you will never be able to reach them via phone like a normal, functioning doctor’s office. There is zero sense of urgency or care. I have also had this office try to bill me $700 and send me to collections for bloodwork that was covered by my insurance because they entered my member ID wrong. I have also unsuccessfully tried to secure a dermatologist referral from this office; they asked me to come back on Monday when the person who does their referrals was here to do it (apparently). The office ended up being closed all day for a holiday. 0/5
