Dr. Feghali, is funny and easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain everything to you and answerd all my questions. Easy to get to buy car or bus and with the shuttle bus they have is also a convenient location. The building itself is very nice clean open there's a few chairs to wait on the inside once you get into the building but none upstairs before the doors open so take that into account. The office itself opens at around 7:50 so if you get there super early you might want to stay downstairs. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The bathroom is around the corner and a little bit of a walk but it was clean and spacious, the toilet seats are low though. And if you walk all the way to the back you can cut across to the front to get to the Tower Cafe across the street. Although I couldn't find the Metro Cafe which is the signs I was following.

This is a model office from appointments to doctor visit. I got the appointment right away on the website which was super easy to navigate, and you can also fill out the paperwork ahead of time for a faster check-in. This office was super clean and the staff was super nice. Dr. Feghali is the best doctor ! - I wish everyone was like him. He was so gentle when putting the apparatus down my nose into my throat - all I felt was a slight tickle. He explained everything that was going on to me like a human being and he provided the right remedy for immediate relief. He also provided me with follow up information in another state because I don’t live in New York, which was very nice .Dr. Feghali is a very intelligent and knowledgeable doctor.
