After three visits I gave up on this shop. I think my eye exam was okay, but between the doctor and the technician they were unable to fit me with a pair of glasses that worked. I have insurance and they pushed me to get progressive lenses which are the most expensive product (and a total scam!) Those didn't work at all! Finally I insisted on a pair of simple reading glasses. And even with those my vision is barely improved. However, they got a ton of money from my insurance for the simple reading glasses I ended up with. Good for them. I won't go in there again.

I have been coming here for over 17 years. Dr. Capetola (and everyone who works here) is always professional and punctual. They have many frame choices with a wide price range and they even fitted me for frames I bought at a vintage store! I highly recommend and trust Park West Vision for your eye care.
