The worst experience for several months. Their system never allows me to receive a voice message with a code to check in before my consultation. The day of counseling I never have the ability t go online and talk. They want me to call them every time I have a problem and then diagnose it with my help prior to the session. I warned them time after time and now I haver to find a new agency. I will never use them again, which pisses me off sine I liked my female counselor.
