Dr. Lyden is my hero. I snapped my humerus (upper arm) completely in half snowboarding in March of 2018. Dr. Lyden put an intermedullary nail down the center of the fracture and put me back together so well I plan on being able to snowboard again this year. It was not an easy recovery, I had to work hard to bounce back, but it was Dr. Lyden's work that allowed my body to heal back so well. I'll never be 100% again, and with what I did I never expected to be. However, confidently being able to say I am at 85-90% because of Dr. Lyden after less than a year is more than I could have hoped for. Thank you Dr. John Lyden!
