The waiting time overshadows the service.My wife had a 9:30 appointment and got finished at 12:40. My prior appointment two months earlier took over two and a half hours. I will never return to this office because of the excessive wait times. It's always the same excuse:we were just busy because some people needed more time. Well anticipate and don't book so many patients in one day;"but then we won't squeeze every dollar out of our patients".

Let me start by saying I've lived In the area nearly 3 years, and doctor Kaufman was the BEST doctor I've delt with since I've been here. Although the waiting room is cramped, and they seem a bit unorganized, the staff are friendly, kind, and care. The doctor is amazing. He cares so much, and makes sure he explains things thoroughly. I had just woke up from anesthetics, and he made sure not only to explain everything to me, but my husband also. He's just great, and I can't say enough about him!
