The receptionist is super duper rude and unprofessional. She yells at patient/guest who go into this Dr’s office with very bad attitude. Also pretty bad English. Couldn’t understand well if the patient speak English. Pretty bad situation for a receptionist handling the front desk. This office is pretty old school. No card machine. Only cash. There are plenty goood eye Dr’s office in flushing with card machines and much better and professional staffs. This receptionist put all her effort to push patients with good insurance coverage to other eye Drs. I def would not return. They don’t deserve a penny. Worst experience I have run into.

Despite one of the employees being unkind and unprofessional, the doctor is quite friendly. My grandfather and I visited this office; however, based on the way one of the employees interacts with him, I would say that she is really rude to him. I think she has to be reevaluated, and I hope she changes her attitude, especially with elders, by becoming more considerate and patient.
