I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this doctor and their staff. They never pick up the phone and when they do, they’re either unhelpful or downright condescending. On top of that, getting referrals sent on time is nearly impossible—it always takes multiple calls and constant follow-up on my end. They also have a habit of setting up appointments but never seeing you at the scheduled time. I’ve been left waiting well beyond my appointment time on several occasions, with no explanation or apology. The overall process is incredibly slow and disorganized, and it feels like patient care is the last thing on their minds. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect, I suggest going elsewhere for your medical needs, which I will be doing so in November.
