If you value your time and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this office. Despite moving to a larger space, absolutely nothing has improved. Here are the reasons why this office is not the best to go to see a doctor: 1. You’ll be lucky if you’re seen anywhere close to your appointment time. Even with the new location, the wait times are insanely long. You should expect to spend hours in the waiting room. If you have something to do outside of this office for that day, forget it. Your day is gone. 2. The office moved to a bigger space, but the inefficiency is still the same. The staff loves to take their time on everything and the patient flow is just as disorganized as before. Bigger space, but still a total lack of attention to detail or improvement in patient experience. It’s frustrating to see no effort made to fix the root issues. 3. There’s simply not enough help to handle the number of patients they see, and it shows. You’ll be left waiting, not just in the waiting room, but in every step of the process. It’s like a constant game of “hurry up and wait”—except you’re not getting anywhere. 4. If you think you can pop in for a quick visit with or without an appointment —whether it’s for a routine check-up or a blood draw—think again. No matter how straightforward your needs are, you’ll end up spending far more time here than what is considered a reasonable amount of time. 5. After repeatedly dealing with long wait times, poor organization, and slow follow-up, it became clear that this office does not value and respect patients’ time and health. I’m moving on to a new primary care provider, and I’d strongly recommend that anyone considering this office or currently a patient here do the same.
