I would give this place 0 star if I could, they have horrible business practices and is a very shady business. I came here at some point over 6 years ago, and recently received a letter (at an old address that thankfully the person still had my contact). It was a bill IMAGINE getting a bill after 6 years of your treatment, I had health insurance of course but at this point it’s hard to claim back the money and discuss with my insurance because it was so long ago Not to mention, the bill had a very generic description and I don’t even recall ever getting that services. Now I’m getting mail saying I have to pay within 30 days or they will send it to collections, imagine if i never got the mail … then your credit would be destroyed by simple negligence that this practice has Save yourself the headache, the clinic itself is not good, they didn’t solve my problem after coming here for like 2 years and their business practices is even worst. If you don’t want your a random medical bill to show up and destroy your credit 5-10 years after service, I recommend you go elsewhere Edit 1 (to reply to the business's comment): The business commented "It was your responsibility to pay what you owed 6 years ago, wasn’t it?". This is exactly what is wrong with the business and why you should avoid them, they admit no fault on their side, blames YOU for their negligence, and thinks they are in the right. I have no problem paying what I owe, the issue is with this business's complete negligence towards timely billing for their services and then subsequent agression to make you pay. It almost seems like they intentionally bill you more than half a DECADE later just so you can't dispute any bill they give you because what health insurance provider would let you despite a bill that old? To clarify cause it seems like you didn't bother reading my original review or you didn't understand it, my issue is 1) your practice does not do timely billing evident by the half a decade late billing 2) when you do bill half a decade later, you don't provide clear documentation of what services was provided nor is there anyone I can talk with about such charges 3) if I moved addresses and now live somewhere else, there is no way for me to have received the bill and then it would've went to collection, permanently destroying my credit because of YOUR NEGLIGENCE Stop the blaming, stop making excuses and do better. This was clear negligence on your side and your refusal to admit wrong is the issue
