Came here with my niece to her appt for her first shots. They did her vitals and measurements and send us to wait in the waiting room wrapped in nothing but her blanket and diaper Outside again to wait to be seen. Baby is also a high risk NICU baby.

I have been visiting this medical center for dental work since I was a child. The. reception was much better with the woman who use to work there years ago. I called today at 5:31 and a woman answers the phone, as soon as I began to talk she put me on hold. I called back several times and the phone rang out and cut off. The office hours says they close at 6:30. I now have to travel from Manhattan all the way to Queens just to have a conversation, to see if they still take my coverage, Do better and be more professional! If I could leave a zero rating I would, terribly disappointed!!!!!
