The girls, because I can't even call them women, are extremely lazy.I arrived at 650am with a shoulder injury and was told to wait until 930 to process my paperwork because that's when the doctor arrived. I asked why couldn't she at least start my check in and was told because at 930 is the time we start. PURE LAZYNESS. I GUESS I WAS INTERRUPTING THERE CELLPHONE TIME.

The most distasteful customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The male representative at the front desk has no patience ,rude and not helpful in anyway shape or form. The Indian employee that takes blood pressure reading was complaining right through the process about her personal life.! She was very disrespectful and confrontational because "it was time to go home". . Please hire respectable people who can communicate with the public and not complain about doing your job!
